Our philosophy

Grief, anger, fear, and emotional pain are natural responses to life’s challenges. When our emotions and moods interfere with everyday life and mental functioning, it may be time to seek outside help.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) assess and treat symptoms that interfere with your ability to feel and function at your best. Care may include diagnosis, medication management, supplements, therapy, and other personalized interventions.

Our approach combines medical science and personalized goals and treatments. We help you build coping strategies, cultivate joy and take medications when appropriate. This integrative care honors the wisdom within you and the insights of evidence-based treatment. We support you in being present with yourself, resilient in the face of difficulty, and able to flourish.

We see patients age 13+

The Office

The office is on Pima and Rosemont, appointments are in person or telehealth. Psychiatric appointments can be stressful, we try to make it feel more like home. Take a deep breath, there’s no rush. We have time to get to know each other. Help yourself to tea, snacks, and soda. Take a seat where you like, or even lay down with some pillows.
